Smaller bales are simple to handle and extremely manageable, which is why the demand has shifted.  They are perfect for use as feeding and bedding.  Marcrest, the manufacturers of the Bale Baron range, are continually innovating in the world of harvesting, by removing labour and cost whilst delivering superb bales.

The Bale Baron® can pack up to 1000 bales an hour depending on the model and tractor used (7000 to 8000 bales in a day) and Bale Baron® packs are handled with a loader, eliminating the need for manual labour.

4250T TRAIL BEHIND MODEL

The tractor assisted Bale Baron 4250T trail behind model is the original concept and has remained a popular choice as a one pass system especially suited to smaller acreages. This unit is conveniently towed directly behind the baler and utilizes an articulated chute to guide bales directly off your existing baler. The unit is powered by either the remote hydraulics on the tractor or by an optional power unit.

4250P Pickup Model

The tractor assisted Bale Baron 4250P in-field pick up model has become a flagship product for Marcrest. Pick-up models are well suited for larger acreages and will keep up to 2-3 balers. With the choice of 3 power options, tow behind Bale Barons can operate with any 100+ hp tractor.

5250T TRAIL BEHIND MODEL

The tractor assisted Bale Baron 5250T is the all new, redesigned trail behind model.  Now standard with full ISOBUS connectivity, this unit is conveniently towed directly behind the baler and utilizes an articulated chute to guide bales directly off your existing baler. With optional telescoping endgates, the Bale Baron 9 Pack uses standard bales from 14″x18″ (36cm x 46cm) balers. Great for making high-moisture wrapped forage bales. * Optional Equipment Required.

The Bale Baron 18 Pack uses standard bales from 16″x18″ (40cm x 46cm) balers. With optional telescoping endgates, make 18 packs with bales from 14″x18″ (36cm x 46cm) balers.

The Bale Baron 21 Pack uses standard bales from 14″ x 18″ (36 cm x 46 cm) balers.
