We’re thrilled to share the exciting news from this year’s LAMMA exhibition where we had our Paksan Hammer Baler on display. This small inline conventional baler with a rotor feed offers an impressive 1.5x capacity compared to other balers of its kind.

What sets the Paksan Hammer apart is its towering presence and distinctive features, especially when compared to similar machines like Massey Ferguson’s 1840. Unlike its counterparts, the Paksan Hammer incorporates a feed rotor, drawing crop off the pick-up and propelling it into the stuffer pre-chamber.

This unique design is the secret to the Turkish-built baler’s superiority. With a commitment to maintaining a constant, uniform crop flow, the Paksan Hammer can produce an impressive 650-700 bales per hour under the right conditions, marking a substantial 30%-40% increase over existing equivalents.

To enhance user convenience, folding wedges facilitate chamber clearance, while hydraulic bale density adjustment is available as an option. Additionally, for haylage applications, a third knotter can be incorporated.

Starting at a competitive £24,000, the Paksan Hammer not only redefines efficiency but also offers a cost-effective solution for farmers looking to elevate their baling operations to new heights.

After two years of rigorous trials and fine-tuning in real-world farming conditions, the Paksan Hammer is now ready for its third season. The results have been nothing short of impressive.
